TERASi Appoints New Board of Directors to Guide Future Development

TERASi, a pioneering startup at the forefront of wireless hardware technology, is excited to announce the appointment of its new board of directors. The newly appointed board members are distinguished leaders known for their strategic vision and proven track record in telecom, ICT and startup sectors. Their collective expertise encompasses a broad range of disciplines crucial for TERASi’s success, including strategic development, technological innovation, market expansion, and corporate governance.

TERASi's board of directors will be chaired by Ingrid Nordmark, a reknowned leader in Sweden's ICT sector who has held previous leadership roles at Ericsson, Transmode and Charge Amps. Ingrid was previously CEO at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science (RISE SICS).

Ulf Forssen and Gustav Notander will also join the board of directors, bringing extensive knowledge on technical development, IP management and commercial growth. Ulf spent over 20 years in technology leadership at Ericsson, where he oversaw the development of numerous generations of wireless network infrastructure, including early work on 6G networks. Gustav spent over 15 years working on the commercialisation of research results at KTH Innovation and is today an investment director at Almi Invest.
TERASi's board is completed by James Campion and Bernhard Beuerle, two of the company's founders. Adrian Gomez will act as a deputy board member, while Per Björklund and Klaus Grössinger will take roles as board observers.
The new board of directors will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of TERASi, ensuring the company capitalizes on its innovative capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the global telecoms, radar and space markets.
